FOUNDER & CEO, PROVIDENT REAL ESTATE · DUBAI SINCE 2008

Most people buy Dubai real estate with their feelings. I help them buy it with clarity.

I founded my brokerage in the middle of the 2008 crash and built it through every cycle since. Today I lead 500+ property professionals, write about the craft of selling, and give investors the honest read the brochures leave out.

MY STORY

Built in a downturn. Tested by every cycle since.

I opened Provident in 2008, when most people were closing their doors. Surviving that market taught me something no boom ever could: you don't last in Dubai real estate by being the loudest or the most optimistic. You last by refusing groupthink, reading the cycle honestly and telling clients what they need to hear.

Over the years that one brokerage grew into a group covering the whole property journey: sales and leasing, mortgages, holiday homes, conveyancing through PRISM, snagging and inspections, and property management. I no longer sell deals myself. My work now is building the company, developing leaders and sharing what the market has taught me.

I've seen investors lose money to "guaranteed returns," brokers burn out chasing the wrong habits, and good strategies stop working when the market turns. Everything I do today is aimed at helping people avoid those mistakes.

WHAT I BRING

Eighteen years of decisions, distilled.

  • Reading market cycles

Separating real value from marketing hype, and knowing when yesterday's strategy will hurt tomorrow's returns.

  • Sales leadership & coaching

Turning new agents into closers through discipline, habits and repeatable frameworks rather than talent alone.

  • Developer partnerships

Direct relationships with Dubai's leading developers, and the off-plan insight that comes with them.

  • Building property businesses

Growing one brokerage into an integrated group of companies serving every step of ownership.

  • Global off-plan perspective

Visiting projects in cities around the world to compare them honestly against what Dubai offers.

  • Systems & PropTech

Building in-house CRM and AI sales tools so agents spend their time on clients, not admin.
